A highly respected London-based Insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead / Head of Delivery to build and shape a modern digital delivery capability from the ground up . This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation , influencing culture, delivery practice, and ways of working across a product-led technology organisation.
While the business operates within the London Market, we are actively open to candidates from outside the insurance sector . If you’ve led complex digital delivery or transformation programmes in environments such as fintech, banking, SaaS, e-commerce, or other regulated or enterprise settings, your experience will be highly relevant.
In this strategic role, you’ll design delivery frameworks that enable teams to move faster with confidence, partner closely with Product and Technology leaders, manage cross-team dependencies, and coach a growing delivery function.
