Our client, a leading company in the energy and engineering sector, is currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer specialising in Overhead Lines to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Leading the design and development of overhead line projects
• Creating detailed engineering designs and schematics for overhead lines
• Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers
• Ensuring all designs adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
• Conducting site inspections and assessments as needed
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation

• Experience in overhead lines design within the energy or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge in BAE-Electronics design
• Proficiency in using design software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
