We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Navitas Engineering team as a Senior Design Engineer or Design Engineer for the Energy/DNO markets (Electrical).

Navitas Engineering capability and specialism covers the complete asset life-cycle, including design, installation, testing and commissioning phases. We have the experience and capability to provide solutionsin the UK and Overseas.

The Senior Design Engineer works as an integral part of the design and engineering team to deliver design solutions to the highest quality, ensuring work is carried out within time constraints and budgets.

The role requires expertise in electrical engineering within the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and energy sectors, encompassing grid connections, substations, power distribution, and renewable energy integration. The Senior Design Engineer will contribute technical expertise and experience to the team while mentoring and training junior engineers.

A key aspect of the role is the mitigation and reduction of risks through sound engineering design practices and compliance with sector standards and regulations.
