We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our dynamic Cardiff team. You'll be joining a well-established, supportive business known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative work culture.
The Role:

Lead the design process on major construction projects from tender through to completion
*
Collaborate closely with pre-construction, delivery and commercial teams
*
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage design intent and ensure delivery excellence
*
Mentor junior team members, with the potential to step into a Regional Design Lead role in the near future
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contractor
*
Strong understanding of the building design process and construction methods
*
Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills
*
Ambition to develop into a senior regional leadership role
