5:00pm £38,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus Turbo Driving is looking for a driven and commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full 360 role, ideal for someone who thrives on business development, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to close deals. Clear progression into management, with the opportunity to lead a team and manage large blue-chip client accounts once your desk is established. What Youll Be Doing Managing a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in temporary hires Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships Growing and managing existing client accounts Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Writing and posting job adverts Interviewing and assessing candidates Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement Visiting new clients to promote services Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets What Were Looking For Minimum 1 years experience in a 360-recruitment role Experience within driving recruitment (preferred) Proven track record in business development and desk growth Strong sales ability with a commercial mindset Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools Willing to be on-call on a rota basis What Youll Get Competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience Uncapped bonus structure
