Senior EA to Senior Partner in Private Equity - West End

up to £85,000 - 1 day WFH

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EA (5 years + at Senior level) preferably in finance, to join a highly successful Private Equity company based in the West End.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly professional and motivated individual. You will be assisting a Senior Partner in a dynamic and collaborative set up. Key responsibilities:

• manage busy diary, schedule meetings, video conferences
\n\t
• organise international travel (often last minute)
\n\t
• process expenses provide administrative support
\n\t
• organise large events
\n\t
• prepare presentation using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ad hoc project work
\n\t
• compile market and internal information
\n\t
• generate reports using graphs, charts, diagrams and tables for brochures
