currently working in education recruitment, looking to progress to a senior role within a company and earn some big £££ We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, close-knit team to take over the running of a very established supply desk. Education People is not just another agency.We'rean independent, Bristol-based specialist proudly serving schools, teachers, and support staff across the Southwest (Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and beyond) since 2008. we're
looking for: Proven
track record
in
education recruitment
(
minimum
2+ years' experience as a consultant)
Strong billings history and experience managing a desk (supply, long-term, permanent
primary, secondary, SEN, support staff)
Excellent relationship-building skills with both schools and candidates
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
but someone who values quality over quantity
Passion for education and helping people find the right role
Able to work m-f 7am -5pm (shift basis)
Understand the demands of running a busy temp/ long term desk
Ideally local knowledge of the
Southwest
education market

This role is very much about client management as well as developing new client relationships. Our clients are loyal to us and need a consultant to continue to deliver excellent customer service.
A sales support / admin person assigned to your desk to help support with filling bookings, candidate attraction and vetting
