Senior Education Recruitment Consultant Monday - Friday (7-4pm / 8-5pm) The Education Specialists, part of Operam Education Group

Are you a people-person with a proven track record in 360 recruitment or sales in Education?

Ideally your experience will come from a Secondary background, but we are open to transferable sectors and territory if you have a strong knowledge of recruitment in Education. We have a huge opportunity for someone to lead and grow our Secondary offering across the Northwest.

Running and growing your own education recruitment desk, the territory opportunities are huge in the Northwest team! What Youll Need:

Experience in 360 recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a track record of success to talk to us about. A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A sense of purposeyou care about making a positive impact The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning
