Mace consult manages the client’s global IPMO, ensuring governance and compliance across five regions. The engineering team oversees design and security standards, providing advisory services and guiding delivery partners and MEP consultants through all project phases to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with engineering and security standards.
• Approving designs and handover documentation.
• Managing small-project governance and change control.
• Developing gateway governance processes.
• Providing digital platform requirements for governance.
• Tracking and managing deviations from standards.
• Conducting security risk reviews and maintain registers.
• Coordinating with stakeholders for regulatory compliance.
• Shaping supplier frameworks and manage performance.
• Supporting budget planning and benefits realisation.

You’ll need to have:

• Electrical Engineer with proven experience in MEP Services and physical security management within banking, finance, or a similarly regulated sector.
• Demonstrated capability in leading projects and delivering against operational objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, contract frameworks, and budget planning.
