Senior Electrical Project Engineer - Remote Based

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Electrical Project Engineer include:

* Lead the design and engineering of HV/LV electrical systems for large-scale renewable energy and grid integration projects.

* Deliver feasibility studies and technical assessments, providing expert input to support project planning and execution.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into wider infrastructure.

* Conduct system modelling, simulation, and optimisation to maximise performance, safety, and efficiency.

* Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or equivalent.

* Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with relevant professional accreditation.

* Proven expertise in power generation systems, grid connection, and SCADA applications.

* In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including IEC, ENA, and BS7671.

* Proficiency with system design tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD) alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
