Key responsibilities: * Manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness absence cases * Provide expert advice to managers and senior leaders in line with NHS policies, employment law and best practice * Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Trade Union representatives to deliver fair and consistent resolutions * Support investigations and lead hearings as required * Maintain detailed casework records and provide reports to inform organisational insights * Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policy, guidance and process improvements * Provide coaching and upskilling to line managers on ER procedures * Act as a subject matter expert on workforce change initiatives, including restructures and TU...
