Our client is a UK market leader in their specialism, who are have rare opportunities to join their established Estates team, we are seeking interest for both a Estate Surveyor and a Senior Estates Surveyor position's, to take direct ownership for a significant predominantly leasehold property portfolio. Responsibilities of a Estate/Senior Estates Surveyor Estate management of a varied leasehold property portfolio. Undertake periodic lease renewal and rent reviews. Liaise with company Solicitors on Lease clauses and associated Legal, matters. Draft internal. fitouts/layouts with external contractors and associated trades. Approve rents/service charge /building insurance costs prior to payment. Maintain the company property database ensuring property data is up to date. Source properties for new locations and proposed relocations agreeing Heads of Terms to company requirements. Dispose of vacant properties through natural lease expiry /assignment /sub lease options. Manage building repairs and maintenance works
