Usual package values you will be expected to target could range anywhere from £10m up to £100m, and some or all of the following duties will apply:\n\n * Preparation of tender submissions\n\n * Measuring and take-offs from drawings\n\n * Producing bills-of-quantities\n\n * Cost Planning\n\n * Pre and post Contract meetings with clients to sell not only the price but the reason they should pick your business over others too\n\n * Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme, and scope of works\n\nAbout the Requirements:\n\nFor this opportunity, I am looking for individuals who have previous experience working for RC / Concrete Frame and Groundwork subcontractors in the UK in an estimating capacity.\n\nIt is important that you have the knowledge of pricing and producing tenders for Concrete Frame and Groundwork packages in and around the South East and London to be considered.\n\nThat is it.
