Are you a Senior Estimator with a strong background in reinforced concrete frame and groundwork projects? This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing contractor delivering complex structural packages across a range of high-profile developments.

The Role As Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the tendering process for RC frame and groundwork packages, producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates. Youll play a key role in securing new projects and shaping bid strategy, working closely with pre-construction and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for RC frame and groundwork projects Review drawings, specifications, and structural information to develop robust pricing Manage the full tender process from initial enquiry through to submission Liaise with engineers, clients, and supply chain partners to obtain competitive and compliant quotations Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Develop and present cost plans, budgets, and bid strategies Support successful project handover to delivery and commercial teams What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within RC frame and groundwork packages Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures and associated trades Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively Strong communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Whats On Offer
