Senior Estimator Criteria: Years of demonstrable success securing new work, predominantly within the Groundwork and RC Frame sector, ranging from c£5m-c£50m in value Demonstrable experience of dealing with multiple clients, forms of contract and methods of measurement Ability to manage multiple tenders at different stages of a tender lifecycle at one time A good level of competency of Microsoft packages Senior level commercial and contractual awareness In depth knowledge of Estimating Software packages An excellent communicator Senior Estimator Duties: Review and analyse enquiry documentation to fully understand the scope, requirements, and conditions Quantify the extent of works required based on tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
