The Role

We are seeking a Senior Estimator - CAT A & B Fit Out to join a busy and ambitious team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for medium to large-scale commercial fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.

As Senior Estimator - CAT A & B Fit Out, you will be responsible for:

Preparing detailed estimates for CAT A & B commercial fit-out projects

Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risk and opportunities

Collaborating with design and project teams to ensure feasible and profitable pricing

Managing and updating cost databases, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricing

Producing comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost plans

Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in estimating CAT A & B fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial interiors
