A leading luxury catering company is seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee a dedicated client account. This is a Monday to Friday role with early morning starts, managing the planning and delivery of high-end events across multiple unique London venues, exclusively for one prestigious client.

The Role The Senior Event Manager will be responsible for the full planning and execution of events for a single, high-profile client. The role requires excellent relationship management, operational oversight, and attention to detail - with a strong emphasis on delivering a premium food-led experience.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of events for a dedicated client across multiple prestigious London venues Build and maintain a trusted working relationship with the client and their internal teams Work closely with chefs and culinary teams to ensure food quality and presentation align with expectations Coordinate logistics, staffing, timelines, and budgets Represent the catering brand professionally at client meetings and events Attend and oversee events on-site during weekday mornings and throughout the day as required Support internal teams and junior staff as part of a collaborative event delivery process

About You Significant experience in luxury or high-end event management, ideally within catering or hospitality Proven ability to manage premium clients or dedicated accounts Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable with early mornings and weekday event schedules Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented Genuinely passionate about food you value its role in creating memorable experiences
