Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale hospitality and bespoke events Develop event concepts, detailed timelines, budgets, and resource plans Act as the primary client contact, building strong long‑term relationships Manage budgets from proposal through to final reconciliation Negotiate and coordinate with venues, suppliers, and contractors Oversee on‑site delivery, troubleshooting and adapting as required Conduct post‑event evaluations and provide performance insights

About You

5+ years’ experience managing large-scale events Strong budgeting and commercial awareness Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident communicator and skilled negotiator Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office
