As Senior Finance Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our organisation. Reporting directly to the UK Chief Financial Officer, you will act as Deputy Head of Finance, leading a high-performing team of six across management and financial reporting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and financial systems development. This is a great opportunity to shape the future of finance operations by driving key initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and modernise systems and processes. You will oversee month-end close, deliver insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including BOE, PRA, and AEOI. Alongside business-as-usual excellence, you will lead transformative projects such as implementing new regulatory reporting tools, streamlining purchase-to-pay processes, and improving reconciliation and data integration frameworks. Role: Senior Finance Manager, Finance Director, Head of Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting Director, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Deputy CFO, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Head of Finance Location: Central London – Hybrid working is in place with 4 days a week spent in the office, 1 day from home. Salary: up to £110k base + 25% Bonus and great benefits including 12.5% pension. We are seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA senior finance professional with strong post-qualification experience including experience managing small Finance teams in banking / financial services. You will have experience of Financial Reporting, Planning and Budgeting, together with experience of implementing or Improving Finance Systems.
