You will lead the strategic development and improvement of financial processes, ensuring compliance regulatoryandgovernanceframeworks. Your role will be to develop and manage the Treasury and Financial Accounting team and use your leadership skills to embed a high performing culture. Previous ownership of month-end themonth-end Designandimplementadvancedfinancialcontrolsandriskmanagementframeworks. Leadcross-functionalprojectstointegratefinancialsystems(e.g.,ERPupgrades, automationinitiatives)andimprovedatagovernance Overseetreasuryoperations,includinginvestmentportfoliomanagement,liquidityplanning,anddonorincomeoptimisation. Leadthedevelopmentoffinancialpoliciesandprocedures,ensuringalignmentwithevolvingregulatoryandsectorstandards. Providestrategicoversightoftaxcompliance,includingcomplexVATscenarios,corporationtax.
