Fire Door Site ManagerSheffield45,000 - 50,000 + packageWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Site Manager to join a well-established and growing fire protection contractor delivering works across Sheffield and surrounding areas.This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term stability, a strong pipeline of secured work, and the opportunity to manage key fire door projects within social housing and commercial environments.The RoleAs Fire Door Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of fire door installation and remedial works across multiple sites. This is a client-facing, fully off-the-tools role requiring strong organisation, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage operatives and programmes effectively.Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple fire door projects* Supervise teams of fire door installers and subcontractors (typically 6-10 operatives)* Ensure all works are delivered in line with fire safety regulations and compliance standards* Review fire door reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct installation methods* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure full health & safety compliance* Carry out quality inspections, audits, and snagging of fire door installations* Act as the main point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders* Manage programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget* Complete site documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and compliance recordsRequirements* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within fire doors or passive fire protection* Strong technical knowledge of fire door installation, remedials, and compliance (BM TRADA, FIRAS, IFC standards)* Ability to read and interpret drawings and fire door schedules* Experience working within social housing or occupied properties* Strong client-facing and communication skills* SMSTS or SSSTS* CSCS Card* Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable* FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation* Experience managing multiple sites or contracts* Additional passive fire knowledge (fire stopping, compartmentation)What's on Offer* Salary between 45,000 - 50,000 depending on experience* Company vehicle or allowance* Long-term, secure work with a strong project pipeline* Opportunity to progress into senior or contract management roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
