to lead a greenfield transition across web and mobile, establishing the patterns and standards that will scale for years to come.

The Role: Architecture + Innovation Reporting directly to the CTO, you will own the front-end strategy. Youll be designing a robust, scalable architecture using

React and React Native , but with a modern twist: you will be expected to lead the charge on

AI-driven development . We want someone who leverages tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Figma Make to accelerate delivery without sacrificing an ounce of engineering discipline.

What youll be doing:

Lead Architecture:

Design and implement a modern front-end ecosystem for both web (React) and mobile (React Native). AI Orchestration:

Define the guardrails for AI-assisted codingidentifying where LLMs add value and where traditional, high-grade engineering discipline is non-negotiable. High-Stakes UX:

Translate complex, data-heavy B2B workflows into clean, ultra-efficient interfaces where speed and clarity are more important than "visual flair." Technical Authority:

Act as the internal expert, mentoring other engineers and establishing standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. Rapid Prototyping:

Use modern AI prototyping tools (e.g., Google Stitch, Code-to-Canvas) to iterate on UI concepts at pace. What you need to bring:

SME Software Pedigree:

Youve worked in a small-to-medium software vendor before. You thrive in "all-hands-on-deck" environments where you seek out context, not just requirements. React & React Native Mastery:

5+ years of production-grade experience, with a deep understanding of state management (Zustand/Redux) and API integration. AI Enthusiast:

You are already using LLMs to drive your productivity and are excited about evolving engineering workflows through AI. Product Mindset:

You don't just write UI code; you want to deeply understand the business domain and customer workflows to build better outcomes. Resilience:

You are comfortable operating in a high-impact team where uptime and operational reliability are critical. Bonus Points for:

Experience in Logistics, Aviation, or Enterprise SaaS. Exposure to WebSockets, real-time systems, or Native Android development. A background in C#, Python, or SQL. Why this role?
