Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in geotechnical design, including the use of software such as PLAXIS, OASYS, and GeoStudio
- Ability to lead teams and represent the company at client and project meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle a wide range of geotechnical challenges
- Enthusiasm for ground engineering and a commitment to professional growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical design
- Degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related discipline
- Chartered status or working towards chartership, desirable
