This multi award-winning B-Corp B2B fashion business is recruiting for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their busy marketing team, the ideal candidate will have experience in working with luxury brands/fashion or retail. Working closely with their Creative Director and Head of Marketing to visualise and design their creative outputs from print to digital and Art Direct campaigns and shoots and events. This role is office based 5 days a week in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire with flexibility on start and finish times and a very good, competitive salary.

About the role
As sole Graphic Designer on the team, your role will include conceptual design, art direction, artworking and production of printed and digital marketing assets, including catalogues, presentations, email marketing campaigns, web banners, adverts, event graphics, and general marketing collateral. You will also have chance to contribute to the development of mood boards for in-house photo shoots
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with their MD/CD, the role is broad and fast-paced, but would suit someone who is a visionary and can conceptualise as well as be hands on design wise, being brand custodian of all of their visual assets
As part of the role, you will be trafficking work through the marketing team, they are looking for someone who is creative, but organised and can help direct and lead the creative output for the whole company.
This is a great opportunity to work on luxury brands, they have 9 different brands within their range, 8 of which are B2B and one is B2C and sustainability focused. You will be able to shape the design and innovation of where they take their creative across all their brands as well as their own brand.
Responsibilities of the role
This role is split between conceptual design, artworking and production of print & digital marketing assets. All of the marketing team are also responsible for artwork, so there is collaboration on that front, but the creative design and execution of the style of creative is the responsibility of this designer.
Responsibilities include;
• Developing innovative design from brief to concept to exceptional execution
• Designing and artworking catalogues, presentations, email marketing campaigns, adverts, media releases, general marketing collateral etc.
• You have strong skills across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) – this is essential to the role.
• Traffic Management of all requests through the artwork team to ensure delivery on time
• Designing digital assets for their website, plus regular visual refreshes to evolve the brand
• Designing eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates
• Experience of creating innovative formats for social media imagery and video content. Providing a critical eye on social plans to ensure the best possible visual brand presentation
• Image curation & database management
• Selecting and reviewing imagery, producing retouch notes and templates for other creative team members
• Maintaining standardised brand looks - through the implementation of brand guidelines
• Designing exhibition and event graphics
• Contributing to the development of mood boards for in-house photo shoots
• Supporting idea generation on bigger design initiatives and creative projects, such as pitch documents and POS
• Liaising with print suppliers for exhibition graphic application
• Up-to-date with emerging fashion trends & luxury brands alongside developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate
About You
You are a confident Senior Graphic Designer who loves to bring creative flair and an eye for quality to every project. You are happy in a busy team with lots of buzz and atmosphere and enjoy collaborating with people in other areas of the business. You are highly skilled in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, and are keen to upskill where possible.
You are a highly visual, creative thinker with the ability to interpret and get the most out of each brief.
Your portfolio is varied and demonstrates passion and strong experience in design / artworking / retouching / digital marketing
You are an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about luxury brands and you are passionate about luxury brands and understanding of the importance of layout and typography
You are comfortable using website content management systems and digital communication platforms (websites, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)
You can work confidently with the Senior leadership team, bringing both their and your visions to life.
You are highly organised and have excellent interpersonal skills and you can spin plates and juggle deadlines.
You have a strong interest in fashion, design and social media.
