Proven experience as a Senior Stylist Strong technical ability in cutting, colouring, and styling Confident in balayage techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering high standards
Interview Process: Successful shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical trial at the salon.
As part of the interview process, it will be your responsibility to bring a model with you and demonstrate your skills by completing:
A balayage service A cut and blow-dry
This allows us to see your technical ability, creativity, and client interaction skills in action.
