Your new role
\nWe are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Lawyer to join a highly regarded environment, planning, and health and safety practice for a temporary assignment with an immediate start. This is an opportunity to work alongside market-leading specialists who are recognised for their expertise in complex regulatory and compliance matters.

\nIn this role, you will provide strategic advice on both contentious and non-contentious health and safety issues, including incident response, regulatory investigations, and compliance frameworks. You will have exposure to high-profile cases involving corporate manslaughter, workplace fatalities, and major industrial accidents, as well as advising on product liability and recall matters across diverse sectors such as food, manufacturing, and energy.

\nThe team is known for its work on precedent-setting cases and its involvement in sustainability and ESG initiatives, offering you the chance to contribute to projects that shape industry standards. You will collaborate with clients, regulators, and industry bodies, delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor with experience in health and safety law, 7-12+ years' PQE (guideline only)
\n\t
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
\n\t
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
