We're working with a leading Professional Services firm based in Bristol to help them find a commercial Senior HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, partnering with senior leaders across specific business areas, this role will help shape and deliver a strategically aligned people agenda. As Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across UK offices, driving performance through people and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Managing a team of HR Advisors and working closely with HR Shared Services and the COE the role will support a large Business Services team or a couple of front office client groups at an exciting time as the company launches a new People strategy and agenda. You'll be instrumental in shaping the annual people plan, coaching leaders, and influencing decisions around talent, structure, and engagement. Key responsibilities will include: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the business area people strategy. Drive performance, engagement, and capability through effective coaching and HR support. Lead on workforce planning, succession, promotions, and talent development. Champion diversity and inclusion, embedding it into all aspects of the people agenda. Use data and insight to influence decision-making and measure impact. Manage employee relations with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach. Oversee annual reward and cyclical processes We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is proactive, commercially focused and relationship driven who will make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment: Proven strategic and commercial HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within professional services or a partnership led environment. However consideration will also be given to similar corporate settings. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
