About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Senior HVAC Engineer

to join a small, high-performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities

primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business.

This is a hands-on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments. You will act as the

senior member of a three-engineer team , providing technical leadership while remaining fully operational on the tools.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair

commercial air conditioning systems Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems Carry out minor mechanical works as required Ensure compliance with F-Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards Support and mentor junior engineers within the team Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites What Were Looking For

Proven experience in

commercial HVAC / AC engineering F-Gas qualified

(essential) Gas Safe registered

(essential) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Comfortable working independently and leading a small team Flexible and willing to travel nationwide when required Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude Whats On Offer
