Lead and support audits across the business, delivering clear risk assessments and practical recommendations. Use data analytics to enhance audit insight, including SQL, Python, and Power BI. Engage stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings and driving improvements. Contribute to audit planning, methodology evolution, and continuous improvement. Coach and mentor junior auditors, supporting their development.

Who you are Your skills and experience will include:

Internal Audit experience, ideally with a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or IIA). Strong understanding of risk and control methodologies. Experience or interest in data analytics and tools like SQL, Python, R, and Power BI. Background in retail, programme assurance, or multi‑channel environments is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10%).
