Role Mission and Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Professional Services Delivery, and supported by the wider PMO team, an Senior IT Project Manager is pivotal in owning and driving success for our clients vendors, partners, customers and through IT Project Managers. They are critical figures leading a project from onboarding to completion, overseeing its planning, organisation, management, execution, and delivery. They support and provide apoint of escalation for IT Project Managers and ensure smooth pro-active delivery and ensure the schedule is met to budget, delivering the required quality through building highly-collaborative cross functional teams and acts as a bridge between our client and the customer. The Senior IT Project Manager understands the defined project outcome, employs an objective manner that builds trust and confidence, then applies honesty, integrity, professionalism and communication skills to achieve or exceed customer goals and expectations in a managed way that enables successful customer outcomes. Lifecycle customers : As a Senior IT Project Manager you support our clients Strategy and team plans by championing, identifying and driving opportunities to support transition, growth and retention of customers to lifecycle relationships, collaborating with other teams to achieve the collective goal. Customer success : The Senior IT Project Manager is a key contributor to ongoing success for our customers, customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scoring targets.

They act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.They also line manage and lead IT Project Managers overseeing successful delivery and personal development. : Initiate the planning process, clearly defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables, creating a solid foundation for project execution. Adaptability and critical thinking to applied plan and management s trategies is critical to keep projects moving forward.The ability to identify scope creep and opportunities for additional benefit to the customer is key to this role. Team Leadership and Coordination
: Assemble and direct project teams, assigning tasks based on members' skills and experience. Focus and unify team efforts by cultivating a positive work environment, promoting collaboration, ownership, resolving conflicts, and leading effective teams through
honesty, integrity, professionalism using all the methodologies, tools and communication methods available. Risk management
: Identify and record potential risks early, analyse their possible impact, develop and manage mitigation strategies. Pro-active approaches to minimise disruptions to the projects schedule, quality, and budget. Budget Control
: Estimate costs, forecast resources accurately, manage budgets, track spending, and controlled adjustment as necessary to keep the project within financial boundaries. Communication
: Open and transparent communication with colleagues and stakeholders. Project Managers provide updates, report accurately, and use feedback to adapt project scope
to meet or exceed client expectations. Problem-solving ability:

: Applying our clients team processes and procedures, the Project Manager will Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and satisfy client requirements maintaining project integrity. Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement, feeding into the PMO function. Technical understanding:
