Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Senior Lawyer role. The Senior Lawyer will manage their own portfolio of clients, providing expert legal advice on complex matters, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations or court proceedings. Responsibilities include collaborating with other team members, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and proactively building and managing client relationships to achieve favorable outcomes and business growth.

• Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Legal Writing, and Document Review
• Negotiation, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution skills
• Exceptional Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Team Coordination abilities
• Adherence to Ethical and Regulatory Standards in legal practice
• Proven professional experience in a law firm or legal consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 10 years PQE and admission as a solicitor/lawyer
• Additional qualifications or specializations in corporate law, commercial law, or other relevant fields are a plus
