Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with the fixed‑term recruitment of a Senior Lawyer into their Legal Services Team. The successful candidate for the Senior NHS Lawyer post will be responsible for leading on matters including, but not limited to: Responsibilities

Leading on complex clinical negligence claims Handling a complex caseload of inquests Liaising with panel firms Advising on Mental Health Act and Court of Protection issues Managed complex/high‑value claims

The Senior Lawyer post can be worked on an entirely remote basis and will be for a minimum fixed period of 6 months. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in the NHS or a similar organisation before and be able to hit the ground running.
