Senior Lead Developer

Bracknell - 3-4 days on site (hybrid)

Up to £70,000 per annum

The Role:

As the Senior Lead you'll be joining at an exciting time, helping to design and deliver digital products and platforms that will reshape the way the business operates. It's a hands-on development role, but also one with real influence-ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, technical leadership, and working closely with the CTO on shaping long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET (C#) and SQL Server. Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input on new initiatives. Help build and support infrastructure components as part of the application lifecycle (e.g. deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools). Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, testing, and documentation. Mentor and support developers, contributing to a culture of continuous development.
