Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or EU equivalent. 5+ years’ PQE gained in private practice and/or in‑house, with a focus on digital asset or payments regulation. Strong track record of working with FCA rules, UK financial regulation (FSMA, EMRs, PSD2), and EU frameworks (MiCA, PSD2/3). Experience in, or in‑depth knowledge of, the US and UAE financial regulatory regimes is encouraged. Experience in reviewing commercial agreements and negotiations with clients and partners.

About The Role

Serve as the company's UK and EU regulatory and commercial counsel, working alongside the Head of Compliance on regulatory strategy and commercial contract negotiations. Lead negotiations with clients on the Client Agreement and other commercial documents. Review and negotiate commercially important documents, such as partner agreements and vendor contracts. Partner with Product, Compliance, and Risk to advise on the design and launch of innovative payments and e‑money products.
