Overview
As a Senior Property Loss Adjuster, you'll take on a diverse range of commercial and domestic losses, working closely with clients, policyholders, and other stakeholders to investigate, report, and settle claims.

This is a remote based role, with travel to North and Central London and Northern Home Counties.
How you'll make an impact
Investigate and manage a variety of property claims, including commercial and domestic properties, real estate, high-net-worth clients, and public authorities.
Handle claims from start to finish, including determining policy coverage, assessing damages, negotiating settlements, and pursuing recoveries when needed.
Collaborate with insurers, policyholders, and contractors to ensure claims are resolved fairly and efficiently.
Provide valuable insights into claims trends and participate in audits and meetings to maintain high standards of communication and service.

About You
Experience in investigating and managing property claims.
A clear understanding of construction, mitigation, and liability.
The ability to manage claims from start to finish, including scheduling works and liaising with all relevant parties.
Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly, whether in writing or in person.
A collaborative approach to building relationships with clients, brokers, and carriers.
A commitment to handling claims fairly and with integrity.
CILA and/or CII qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
