This role suits a senior engineer with strong electrical and controls experience who enjoys hands on problem solving and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Manage planned and reactive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Act as technical authority for the manufacturing area and lead fault finding activities
Resolve electrical, automation and control system issues through root cause analysis
Maintain clear maintenance documentation and work instructions to GMP standards
Support, mentor and develop colleagues while contributing to site projects
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role
Strong electrical and control systems background
Proactive problem solver with continuous improvement mindset
Able to meet operational deadlines in a fast paced environment
Clear communicator with internal teams and external suppliers
