As Maintenance Lead, you’ll form a key part of the three-person Line Structure Management Team. In this role, you will take ownership of reducing maintenance-related and breakdown losses while applying a strong technical understanding of engineering systems and technology. Operating within our Integrated Work System (IWS), you’ll play a vital role in embedding best practices that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and drive productivity across the line.

What will you be doing? Lead and own the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system to ensure equipment is running reliably and efficiently.
Tackle complex maintenance challenges by driving continuous improvement and solving recurring equipment issues.
Work closely with operating teams and equipment owners , building strong collaboration to deliver outstanding line performance.
Make a real impact by embedding maintenance excellence that supports performance, reduces downtime, and improves line efficiency.
Grow your technical and leadership skills by coaching others and developing team capability in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: Bring a solid foundation in engineering or electrical disciplines , ideally supported by a Level 3 qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
Use your engineering expertise and problem-solving skills to support and strengthen team performance and drive practical solutions.
Draw on your experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean tools , or transferable skills from similar environments, to enhance operational efficiency.
Manufacturing experience is beneficial , particularly in food production—but if you bring relevant skills from another industry, we’d still love to hear from you.
