In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing UK&I to drive a wide range of strategic and operational deliverables. This includes the Consumer Code, seasonal concept maps, LT meetings, all‑employee moments, AOP and marketing budget management, resource planning, product management and VP stakeholder engagements; ensuring the organisation is aligned, informed and moving with purpose. You'll support the strategic workstreams that shape the future of Nike UK&I Marketing, helping define the direction of the brand across one of our most influential markets. Acting as the connective tissue between teams, you will ensure that strategic, seasonal and operational plans are fully integrated and that the organisation moves in lockstep. A key part of your impact will be shaping and delivering internal narratives that translate complex strategic insight into compelling stories, bringing our strategy to life in every meeting, presentation and communication. You will maintain a deep obsession with our consumers, gathering, analysing and applying insights to UK&I plans, while feeding them into EMEA and Global teams to help refine Nike's long‑term strategic direction. Finally, you will empower and lead a passionate operations team, fostering excellence in budget and product management and enabling the team to deliver at the highest level.
