Senior Finance Specialist - Elevation Greater London Hybrid (1 day in the office) Elevation are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the London area as they look to hire a Senior Financial Reporting Manager. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys technical work, complexity and being right at the centre of a high‑performing Group Finance team. You’ll be at the heart of their global reporting function, taking ownership of some of the business’s most interesting areas, including unrealised stock profit work, acquisition accounting and impairment reviews. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, particularly Treasury and Tax, and play an important role in shaping consistent, high‑quality reporting across a large and diverse group. The position also offers strong visibility, with regular interaction with senior leaders who appreciate clear thinking and sound judgement. They are looking for someone who is qualified with a strong technical foundation and experience working within group finance in a complex environment. Big 4 training can be helpful but is not essential. What matters most is confidence, curiosity and the ability to manage several moving parts at once. Experience with systems such as Hyperion, Tagetik or TM1 is useful but not required. The team you’d be joining is friendly, collaborative and led by a manager who is genuinely invested in developing people. Hybrid working is in place, with only light onsite expectations, and the culture strikes a good balance between high standards and a down‑to‑earth way of working.
