Key duties Managing a diverse portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex property claims with precision and professionalism Meeting and exceeding the demanding service standards of MCL clients Communicating proactively with all parties to keep cases moving smoothly Working collaboratively within a high performing team to deliver exceptional results Supporting business development by strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities Senior Manager
