The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value – often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale. Role Highlights

Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level Guide data‑driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders Develop and mentor consultants, supporting long‑term career progression within the team

You Will Need

Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes Proven capability in managing diverse consulting teams across complex workstreams Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for executive audiences Commercial acumen to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support account development Flexibility to work on‑site with clients, including regular travel
