We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business growth for Cloda, an AI-enabled compliance and governance platform, across the UK Social and Community Care sector.This is a pure new-business, hunter role, focused on winning and expanding relationships with CQC-registered providers, including care homes, domiciliary care, supported living, learning disability, and mental health services.You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through to demo, proposal, procurement, and close—working with sales cycles ranging from weeks to 6+ months, depending on provider size and governance complexity.This is a senior, strategic individual-contributor role within HCI, offering a high level of autonomy and ownership, where the successful candidate will help shape market approach, pipeline strategy, and key customer relationships across the UK social and community care sector.About Cloda.aiCloda.ai is an innovative AI-driven platform designed to help organisations manage, structure, and unlock value from complex information.
