Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: Glenrothes Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week) Security Clearance: Baseline (must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship)

What You Will Be Doing
Supporting product performance and manufacturing process improvement Completing reporting, analysis, and KPI‑related tasks Providing technical support to customers and internal teams Contributing to engineering innovation and process development Leading or supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions Supporting manufacturing cells and assisting with wider engineering activities Carrying out Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI, and manufacturing process tasks Using metrics and data to drive process optimisation and decision‑makingSkills and Experience Required
Minimum HND or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, STEM, or a related field Knowledge or experience in electronics manufacturing Experience with process improvement, efficiency, and lean manufacturing methodologies Ability to lead or participate in FMEA, control plan development, process flows, and risk mitigation Experience across a range of manufacturing platforms and technologies Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or other regulated sectors (advantageous) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with confidence to challenge existing processes when needed
