A well-established M&E contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa £2m EPC mechanical installation and office fit-out project located near London Bridge.

This role will suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who is comfortable taking full ownership of a project from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with commercial, design and site teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the mechanical scope on a high-quality office fit-out, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and specification.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading pre-tender and pre-start meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams

Managing site programmes, sequencing and coordination of mechanical works

*

Overseeing site teams and specialist subcontractors

*

Managing procurement of plant, materials and specialist packages

*

Driving value engineering and buildability solutions where appropriate

*

Managing variations, change control and supporting commercial reporting

*

Maintaining strong working relationships with the client, consultants and supply chain

*

Ensuring works comply with health and safety, quality and contractual requirements
