We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a major commercial construction project based in Central London.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale, high-profile development, working with a well-established and forward-thinking engineering teamKey Responsibilities for Senior Mechanical PM:Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of the project from pre-construction through to completionOversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are metCoordinate with main contractors, consultants, and client representativesManage project budgets, procurement, and cost controlEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standardsProvide regular progress reports and updates to senior stakeholdersRequirements for Senior Mechanical PM:Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large commercial projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical building services systemsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsRelevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building ServicesSMSTS (or equivalent) preferredWhat's on offer for Senior Mechanical PM:Salary up to £95,000 plus packageOpportunity to work on a landmark Central London projectLong-term career progression within a growing organisationCollaborative and professional working environmentIf this opportunity has caught your eye please contact Annabel Rouse Fawkes and Reece London.JBRP1_UKTJ
