Currently looking to recruit x 2 Senior .NET Developers. Hybrid working role The role will combine hands-on feature development in the core stack with a strong focus on data analysis, instrumentation, and product analytics. The successful candidate will help establish the businesses product analytics capability from the ground up, enabling the Product Manager and wider business to make data-driven decisions on roadmap, feature design, and resource allocation. You will work as a core member of the Scrum team (3-week sprints) building and enhancing the policy and claims management platform for health insurers, while also owning the end-to-end data pipeline and analytics tooling that underpins product KPIs and user behaviour insights. Product Development (.NET / Angular / APIs) Design, develop, and maintain features across our policy and claims management product using:

.NET (C#), ASP.NET Core Angular SQL Server and MongoDB RESTful APIs and NServiceBus for messaging

Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and shared libraries/services across teams. Data & Analytics Capability Work with the Product Manager to define meaningful product KPIs (e.g. feature adoption, task completion times, funnel conversion, retention, usage patterns) aligned to business objectives. Instrument the application to capture product usage data, including:

Event tracking for key user actions and workflows Feature flags/experiments where appropriate Structured logging and telemetry

Design and implement data pipelines and data models to support analytics, using SQL Server and MongoDB as core sources. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track Perform exploratory data analysis to surface insights You will work within a Scrum team (3-week sprints), contributing to our existing .NET/Angular platform while leading the design and implementation of AI-centric features and integrations. You will partner closely with our ML engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage our in-house GPU infrastructure and Run.ai platform for model training, fine-tuning, and inference at scale. Key Responsibilities Core Product Development (.NET / Angular / Messaging) Design, build, and maintain core product features using:

Contribute to application architecture decisions, refactoring initiatives, and shared platform components. Ensure new AI features are robust, secure, explainable, and integrated cleanly into the existing product. AI Capability & Feature Development Work with Product Management and domain experts to identify high-value AI use cases, initially focusing on automating processing of claims invoice documents (e.g. OCR, document classification, data extraction, validation workflows). Design, implement, and integrate AI services and pipelines, such as Machine learning / rules-based components for classification, anomaly detection, and routing (e.g. flagging potentially incorrect invoices or exceptional cases). Fine-tuned language models or specialized inference models deployed on our in-house GPU infrastructure.

User Experience & Workflow Automation Work closely with Product and UX to design AI features that give clear benefits to end-users (time saved, errors reduced, fewer clicks). Implement workflow automation and orchestration:
