Feel free to reach out and apply today!Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues to ensure high availabilityProvide hands-on support across routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud infrastructureLead technical troubleshooting calls and coordinate resolution effortsQuickly understand the end-to-end network and application architectureWork within an ITIL-aligned service management environmentEssential Skills & Experience:Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in NetworkingCCNP certified with strong L3 expertise; CCIE (R&S or DC) highly preferredExpert-level knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet routing and switchingStrong experience in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)Familiarity with Load Balancers (F5) and DNS/DHCP servicesKnowledge of HPOV NNMi and Catalyst Center InfrastructureSkilled in troubleshooting complex application and architecture issuesExcellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure scenariosITIL v3 or v4 certification preferredDesired Skills/Qualifications:Technically mature, with a solid understanding of all key network domains, including routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloudCapable of quickly learning and adapting to global network architectures and servicesConfident in leading technical discussions and incident resolution across global teamsHolds relevant certifications and demonstrates a commitment to ongoing developmentStart Date:ASAPDuration:6 MonthsLocation:Warwick (On-site or hybrid, subject to agreement)Rate:Competitive & Negotiable (Inside IR35) #J-18808-Ljbffr
