Job Description

Our client, a leading global communications device organisation, is currently recruiting for a Senior NPI Engineer to join the team.

Key duties will include:Oversee end to end NPI processes from project through to production. Assist with the development of electro-mechanical production processes. Oversee the introduction of NPD into supply chain. Perform root cause analysis on any prototype issues Collaborate closely with wider engineering teams. Review current rules for design and manufacturing assembly and identify any errors for improvement. Assist the wider business with product introduction.

The successful candidate will have:A relevant Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification. Experience of end-to-end NPI processes within a electro-mechanical product field. Strong data analysis skills. Strong communicational skills. A strong understanding of low-cost manufacturing processes.
