Senior Operations Director – Outsourcing – Scotland Working for a leading transformational outsourcer, we are seeking a highly talented senior operations leader with a successful track record of leading large scale (600+ FTE operations) with full budget responsibility through transition and transformation. Responsibilities
Lead 500+ FTE offshore/onshore operations. Manage multi‑million budget. Drive data‑driven commercial decisions. Execute operational transition and transformation. Stakeholder management with executive client level.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline, 5–10 years relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in product management. Deep problem solving ability. Background in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO/BPS.
Preferred
Regulated customer experience background (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, Utilities, Health, Telecommunications). Drive, energy, resilience with calm leadership approach.
