Position: Operations Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$80/hour Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to manufacturing, food service, or retail operations. Create realistic scenarios involving scheduling, inventory planning, and frontline task execution. Evaluate AI responses to challenges such as overstock, stockouts, production delays, and supply chain variability. Simulate common operational workflows, including shift planning, restocking routines, and vendor coordination. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in real-world applications.
Qualifications – Must-Have
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, food service, or retail operations. Practical understanding of inventory management systems, forecasting, and stock-level monitoring. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Familiarity with tools such as POS systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management software. Background in operations, supply chain, hospitality, or business administration.
